Polina Volchek, also known as Pink Puma, originally from Moscow, Russia, has inhabited the brutal environment of sport and show business industries for over 25 years. Since 2007 she resides in Las Vegas and continues to travel the world.

At the age of 17, Polina gained the title of “Master of Sports at the International Level.” Throughout her career, she became 3x Champion of Russia in Rhythmic Gymnastics, 4x World Pole Sport and Artistic Pole Champion for the Teams USA, was a multiple winner of national and international competitions in Pole Sports, Dance, Art, and Fitness in USA, Russia, and all around the world. Ms. Volchek is an ex-soloist in Cirque du Soleil, producer of the international performance project “Vertical.Show,” founder and the leader of National Pole and Aerial Sports organizations - “American Pole League” and “Federation of Pole Sports and Aerial Gymnastics of Russia.” She is a holder of “Lifetime Achievement 2018” award by the International Pole Sports Federation, “Producer of Theatrical and Performance Arts” and "Master of Sports Governing" degrees. Currently she is an in-demand producer, artist, coach, world renowned expert in pole, aerial sports and performance arts.

Polina's main goal is to promote pole and aerial sports as artistic, athletic, and family-friendly activities, and to achieve pole and aerial sports recognition on the National and Olympic levels. These support her broader goal to inspire more people in active lifestyles, sports and circus arts.
Maggie Powers
General Manager
Maggie Powers is a professional dancer and circus performer based in San Francisco.
She began training in classical ballet at age 5, and hasn’t stopped dancing since.
Her strong foundation has allowed her to make a seamless transition to the circus world, and she revels in a sophisticated balance between the two. Her movement quality, authenticity, and powerful frame have earned her icon status in the Bay Area performance scene.

When she’s not performing, Maggie is a Personal Trainer. She has been certified since 2010 and truly enjoys helping people to feel strong and empowered in their own skin.
Her empathetic but disciplined approach to training has kept her clients coming back; most have been with her for a decade or more, and she couldn’t be more grateful.

Maggie has performed all over the country, sharing her brand of expression and creativity. Currently she administrates touring activities of Pink Puma Inc projects - AfterDark and Vertical.Show.
Sam Razaghi
Promotion and Sales Director
With a 14-year tenure in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Events Management, Concept Development for Luxury Boutique Brands, Marcom & Events, and International Franchising, Sam brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table. As an American/Canadian professional, he has navigated the complexities of the industry on a global scale, having worked in key hospitality hubs such as the United States, Vancouver/Canada, Shanghai/China, Dubai/UAE, London/UK, Ibiza/Spain, and Bodrum/Turkey. His career journey reflects a commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Sam oversaw the management of multiple venues, including luxury
brands, directed business development initiatives for Alchemy-project, focusing on touring artists and major productions, managed day-to-day operations of a venue with a capacity of 2000, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences and much more.

In AfterDark Mr. Razaghi is responsible for negotiation of sponsorship agreements, optimizing partnerships and revenue streams. He orchestrates marketing strategies, driving brand recognition and loyalty, develops and manages budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability of the company. Sam fosters strong relationships with international clients and celebrities, provides logistical support for AfterDark performances and events. His strengths include communication and negotiation skills, financial analysis, and overall management.

Jewels Good
Stylistic Director
The Beautiful Jewels (aka Jewels Good) performs to critical acclaim throughout the world. Each of her performances is a lively mix of unusual stunts, comedy, magic, and a delightfully charismatic personality.

Born in St. Petersburg, raised in Stockholm and London, she made her mark living and working in Paris, Berlin for 20 years, and now San Francisco. She is fluent in four languages, but can perform her show in eight! Jewels is world renowned for her unique sense of style and superhuman performance artistry, and has toured 29 different countries over the last two decades. Being one of the last surviving female sword swallowers, she is always in demand, and holds several world and Guinness records.

Jewels is also known for her custom designed nightclubs, shows, bars and event spaces all across the world. These days Jewels is a proud owner of fashion brand MikroBlack and Stylistic Director of AfterDark.
Ellena Mirra
Head Assistant
Meet Ellena Mirra, a professional and award-winning competitive pole athlete currently based in San Francisco, California. After graduating from State Pedagogical University in 2003, Ellena dedicated herself to coaching sports and fitness for children and adults. Throughout her sports journey of exploring new disciplines, she discovered Aerial and Pole Sports. Within six months of starting pole sports, she participated in a domestic championship and secured 1st place among beginners in 2013. Since then, she has competed and received awards in numerous national and international competitions across various categories, performing solo, doubles, or in groups in Pole Sports, Art, and Aerial Athletics in the USA, Russia, and Europe.

Ellena is known in California as the creator and performer of unique showcases. She can be seen performing on stage at various fashion and charity events in San Francisco and Bay Area. During one such charity event, her pole dance combined with ballet performance was seen by the current mayor of San Francisco and was recognized and honored by the California State Treasurer.

Ellena's main goal is to introduce, promote, and elevate Pole and Aerial Sports as athletic and artistic activities suitable for all ages, and to achieve recognition for Pole Sports and Aerial Sports as Olympic disciplines.
Tim Lansen
IT & Video Production Director
Tim became a part of Pink Puma Inc in 2018 as a research engineer in information technologies. Tim works with analysis and development of online movie theaters. In AfterDark projects he applies his knowledge and experience in programming on languages ​​of all levels, reverse engineering, graphic, film and video production.

In addition to his schooling, Tim went through sports and dance training, such as sailing, fencing, and performance in variety dance shows. In AfterDark he sees a fusion of sensual power and stunning imagery.
Roman Smychenko
Graphic Designer, Web Developer
Video and design specialist, blogger Roman is a producer of many advertising projects for major brands such as Black Star, Love Radio, Kaspersky Lab, and TNT.

Roman is an avid traveler who has visited 40 countries from Indonesia to Iceland, and is now based in Spain. Roman develops his design studio Ro Production, and creates visual content for clients from all over the world.
In 2017 when Roman lived in Mexico, fate brought him together with Polina Volchek, the producer of the Vertical.Show. During these 4 years he has been working to create high-end designs and corporate stylings for AfterDark, Vertical.Show, and other projects of Pink Puma Inc.
